Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions about my shop:
Do you make custom designed toppers?
Absolutely! I love creating custom designs for your special occasions. In order to create a custom topper, I just need to discuss with you what visions you have for it including design, colors and personal details you would like included. Then I can give you a quote for your topper design. After purchase, my next step is to create a digital mock-up for you to view your design prior to printing your topper.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on orders once production on your topper has started. Each of my toppers is customized and hand-made to match your order specifications including items such as names, dates, colors, numbers etc. and cannot be resold. Customer service is very important to me and if you should have any issues with your order, please reach out to me as soon as possible so that I can work with you.
Can I change my order once placed?
I strive for quick turnaround time for all my orders. You may be able to make a change if you contact me prior to when I start creating your order but I cannot guarantee order changes can be made. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.
What are my shipping options?
I offer first class, priority and express mailing options through the USPS. You will pick your shipping option in checkout. I currently do not ship internationally. If you have an event date, feel free to shoot me as message to check on my current processing time. I do offer tracking with all my shipments so that both you and I can keep tabs on your package during shipment.
My package is lost or missing or late. What happens next?
Tracking is provided will all my packages so that you can keep tabs of your package during shipment. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates provided by the USPS and I cannot guarantee when your order will arrive once I’ve dropped your order off at the post office. I do strive to get my orders out quickly. There can be shipping delays out of my control. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has been delivered. If your package is showing delivered and you are not able to find it, there are a couple of steps to take to try and locate it.
1) My toppers are packaged in fairly large boxes to protect them during shipment. My two most common sizes of box are 11x9x2 and 13x10x2. There is a possibility it couldn't fit in your mail box and was put in an oversized bin, left on a porch, front office, or taken back to the post office.
2) Contact your local post office and ask them to look up your tracking info. They can usually provide some additional information in locating your package.
3) Speak with your mail delivery driver too. They may be able to provide you
with the needed information.
